Executive Management Institute

NECA’s EMI is an intensive, three and-a-half day learning experience designed to enhance the leadership skills of current and up-and-coming executives and managers. This program provides state-of-the-art management concepts and analytical tools that build on existing knowledge of electrical contracting businesses.

This year’s program will be held November 17-21, 2021 in Washington, D.C.

Registration deadline is October 1.

Brandon Johnson of Triangle Electric, Inc. nominated Industrial Superintendent, Travis Cote, for NECA's Member Highlight because of his outstanding knowledge of the trade and industry as well as stepping up and promoting safety to his crews. "Travis has also been really good at adjusting with the changes in the company and industry. He is promoting the use of Agora, our new material software; jumped on board with our new safety app, Industry Safe, and made sure that the crews are getting their trainings complete. With the industry changing everyday, he has made difficult adjustments to try promote the shop to our customers in innovative ways!"
