House Democrats released today a draft of their version of the Phase IV Coronavirus Response bill. We want to stress to all of our contractor members that this bill is in no way final legislation. This is a starting point from House Democrats and it will change several times between the Senate and House before a final bill is voted on and approved. NECA is well positioned to negotiate with the Senate on the House bill to ensure our industry receives relief during this pandemic.

NECA’s Government Affairs team will be hosting a webinar tomorrow, May 13, at 3:00 PM EDT, to review all of NECA’s requests in the Phase IV legislation. NECA contractors will then have the opportunity to send a letter to their Member of Congress on what they need to remain viable during these uncertain times.
