The DEI&B Task Force aims to foster a cultural shift towards diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by promoting education, opportunities, awareness, and open dialogue. We strive to cultivate a supportive work environment in the electrical industry that celebrates individual differences. This survey marks our 4th annual assessment of the membership, allowing us to establish key metrics.
