This is a reminder that the rooming list deadline is this Thursday, August 1. Chapter blocks remain open until 5pm Pacific on August 1. After that deadline, all available hotels within the NECA block will be offered to new reservations.
If you sell out of one or more days prior to the deadline and need additional rooms, please contact necasupport@cmrus.com.
If you have any suites in your block, please contact necasupport@cmrus.com to help book. You can book a room first and we can move it into the suite, or you can contact us to book. Reminder, most suites are hidden on the website.
In addition to the housing deadline, early registration pricing also ends on August 1.
