His project was to collect and analyze data submitted by workers across the country and create a Situational Awareness Assessment Tool for the electrical industry. Harnessing Supervisory Knowledge and Experience in Electrical Construction
By Purdue University Assistant Professor Anthony E. Sparkling, Ph.D., LEED, is designed to focus on developing a measure to gauge the reliance of field supervisors on tacit or explicit knowledge while doing routine construction tasks and to identify barriers to knowledge-sharing through case studies involving electrical contractors. NECA has published a variety of resources to help an electrical contractor develop and document a claim. This course will use these documents to provide participants the tools needed to build a strong case in a claims situation. Following the class participants will be able to select and prepare appropriate methods of claim settlement tactics and evaluate and select a method of overhead recovery.
