A Message From NECA CEO, David Long and NECA President, Larry Beltramo:
The COVID 19 virus has impacted and disrupted our lives in ways we have never anticipated or imagined. This pandemic has forced us to adjust and shift our focus, priorities and goals we set early on in the year. One goal of the NECA Executive Committee was to begin the process for the selection and nomination of the Vice President of Technology, a new position that would serve on NECA’s Executive Committee.
As we previously stated, we believe this position is an important piece to our future. However, we want the search and selection process to be performed in a well thought out and focused manner. That being said, we feel that postponing this selection process until 2021 is the correct thing to do. We ask that you keep this in mind as we address the most pressing needs of the industry throughout this pandemic. I urge you to please keep your eyes open for strong candidates to serve in this critical role as we move into next year.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
