What can I do to get ready?
Log in to your current NECA profile with your USER ID and password. Ensure that your profile’s email address is completely up to date—this will make the transition to the new login experience as seamless is possible. This email address will be your username for the new website.
This update is being conducted with security in mind, and will enable users to more easily use necanet.org.

2021 Executive Management Institute (EMI): Register Now
NECA’s Executive Management Institute (EMI) is an intensive, three and-a-half day learning experience designed to enhance the leadership skills of current and up-and-coming executives and managers. Designed for senior executives in the electrical contracting industry, this program provides state-of-the-art management concepts and analytical tools that build on existing knowledge of electrical contracting businesses and the industry to increase the value and effectiveness of electrical contracting firms.
This year’s program will be held November 17-21, 2021 in Washington, D.C.
NECA is excited to announce it has established relationships with three Peer Group outside professional facilitators: Maxim Consulting, HopeStar LLC, and FMI, to offer a range of high quality options to best fit member firm’s needs.
Peer Groups are a business group of companies that operate in the same industry sector and are of similar size but different geographical, non-competing markets. Participants in Peer Groups have an opportunity to share experiences and gain perspectives from individuals in the electrical construction industry that do not operate in the same geographic market; thus, enabling an environment for trust and the open exchange of ideas and information.
