Construction Adds 23,000 Jobs in February for 11th Straight Monthly Gain
Construction posted another monthly employment gain–the industry’s 11th consecutive monthly increase–adding 23,000 jobs in February, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has reported. BLS said in its latest U.S. employment report, released on March 8, that the heavy and civil engineering construction sector showed the strongest result, with an increase of 12,500 positions. ENR
