On Monday, NECA sent a letter to the Senate along with other organizations on S.1931, the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act of 2021 (STRA). This bill would make strategic investments in federal highways while advancing environmental protections and infrastructure. The letter urges Senator Schumer to bring the bill to the floor for a vote after it passed unanimously through the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
