Due to current visitation restrictions in the Capitol Complex, we will be encouraging meetings with legislators and staff to take place at other locations, such as NECA’s Capitol Hill office. Other alternative locations will be announced closer to the event.

The NECA Legislative Conference is being held on March 28-31 at The Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C. The Mandarin Oriental, as well as all other indoor facilities in the District, also require that all guests wear masks while in public areas. The District of Columbia Mayor has implemented a vaccination entry requirement for guests, visitors, and customers for certain establishments and facilities, including restaurants, bars, and indoor event and meeting establishments: DC Vaccination Card Requirement.
Please be advised you will need proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in one of the acceptable forms set out in the linked guidance. Attendees will also need to furnish appropriate identification.
