Kirk Davis, 36th President of NECA, and David Long, CEO of NECA, will kick off the 3 day conference with a round table discussion about emerging leaders and what's impacting the electrical contracting industry.

RON BAILEY

Retired Lt. Gen. Ronald L. Bailey, USMC serves as Vice President of Industry Development for NECA. He will be leading sessions on leadership:

 

  • WIN - Roundtable 7/7/7 Workshop: What leadership traits, principles and skills do you possess and how do others perceive you? 
  • FL- Roundtable: What is Your Brand?  Inward focus of leadership fundamentals; how do you see yourself? How do others see you? How to embrace and leverage these to be the strongest leader you can be.

REGISTRATION

WINFL Leadership Conference registration fee is $850 and covers the cost of the following events:

  • 3 Full Days of Exciting Speakers
  • MJM Facility Tour
  • Breakfasts
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Receptions (heavy hors d’oeuvres and food stations) and group dinner

You may register a spouse or guest for $150. This fee category only covers the evening receptions; lunch and breaks are not included in this fee.

BOOKING YOUR HOTEL:

At the end of the registration process, you can link directly to the hotel’s website to reserve your hotel room at the Grand Hyatt Tampa. Please note attendees should plan on arriving Sunday, March 13 and checking out on Thursday, March 17.  Room rates vary per night ($245-$295) plus taxes & fees, based on availability. The last day to book housing is February 13.

Cancellations: Full refunds are available prior to February 28. Refunds less an administrative fee of $100 will be given for cancellations received in writing to taylor@necanet.org prior to March 1. Following this date, no refunds will be given. However, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
