Updates from NECA's Executive Committee

Dear NECA Members,

We hope this email finds you well. We wanted to update you regarding recent actions by NECA's Executive Committee (EC).

At our recent meeting, the EC approved two proposals that will be presented to the Board of Governors for consideration at the Board of Governors Meeting in September. These recommendations were developed by a diverse task force of district vice presidents, contractors, and chapter executives to ensure NECA's continued strength and ability to serve our industry.

Below, you'll find a memo outlining the key points of these recommendations, as well as the two proposals:

  1. Bylaw amendment proposal to modernize annual dues
  2. Ordinary proposal with suggested revisions to NECA's reserve fund policy

For your convenience, each of the district vice presidents will post this information in your designated District Community on NECA Network.  If you have any questions about this information, please don't hesitate to reach out to your district vice president or your chapter's governor. We look forward to discussing these recommendations further at upcoming district meetings. (not applicable to all districts)

Modernizing Dues & Service Charges
Bylaws Amendment - Dues
Ordinary Proposal re. Reserve Fund

Thank you for your continued support of NECA as we work to strengthen our organization for the future.

Sincerely,

NECA National Executive Committee
