Your responses to this survey will provide key insight for a research paper on the role that senior leaders play in workplace safety. NECA's Executive Director of Safety Wes Wheeler, President of HR Resources of the Carolinas Keith Wheeler, and CEO of Habit Mastery Consulting Sharon Lipinski will co-present the research findings into how senior leaders impact the effectiveness of an organization’s safety program at the 2024 NECA Safety Professionals Conference in May.

Last Chance to Submit Speaker Proposal

NECA is seeking proposals on a wide-range of topics in the electrical contracting industry for our annual convention to be held in San Diego, California September 28 - October 1, 2024. All presentations should focus on key issues in the industry, engage participants, feature audio/visual elements, and provide participants with a measurable takeaway from the program. Proposals are due by January 29.
