OSHA Recordkeeping and Recordability Enforcement Guide

OSHA has updated the enforcement guidance for compliance officers investigating and recording exposure cases involving COVID-19. While this update expands some of the locations and business operations where an OSHA recordable is required, it also provides clarification that each employer follow a proper investigation (which involves both risk and exposure assessments) where any COVID-19 case may be involved.
This webinar will review the essential criteria that must be met for a COVID-19 exposure case to be recorded on required OSHA 300 reports, and what information is be required to assist employers in determining such reporting decisions.
