Members from MCAA, NECA and SMACNA gathered at the 2022 MEP Innovation Conference, where they came together to learn from each other and discuss collaboration. This was the first time all three associations have collaborated this type of in-person event. It brought together 450 attendees from the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades to better understand different viewpoints, roles and responsibilities.

Registration for AEI closes on February 3! This educational meeting of national and chapter staff is held in the city where the NECA convention will be. In addition to the educational aspect, staff will have an opportunity to begin making preparations for their members' visits to Austin.

NECA’s Recognition of Safety Achievement program is an elite safety recognition focused on recognizing thriving companies that excel in multiple areas of their safety and health programs. Applications are now open and close on March 1, 2022.

The National Safety Stand-Down raises fall hazard awareness across the country in an effort to stop fall fatalities and injuries.This year's annual National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls will be held May 2-6.

The Women in NECA and Future Leaders (WINFL) Leadership Conference features 3 full days of education and breakout sessions including featured speakers, group discussions and networking opportunities for both groups. This conference will be on March 14-16, 2022
