NECA Names Tom Lipka as Field Representative, Eastern Region

NECA is pleased to announce that it has named Tom Lipka as a Field Representative for the Eastern Region, effective March 11, 2024.

Tom is a graduate of Oberlin College and The Ohio State University College of Law where he graduated with Honors.  Prior to joining NECA, Tom was a partner in the law firm of Manchester, Newman and Bennett in Youngstown, Ohio where he practiced for 23 years. Tom specialized in business litigation and appeared before state courts throughout Ohio as well as federal courts in the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to leaving the firm Tom helped represent numerous school districts in labor and employment matters.

Tom has been the Chapter Manager of the Mahoning Valley Chapter since January of 2019.  As Chapter Manager he served as a Trustee on 2 Pension and Profit Sharing funds as well as one Health and Welfare Fund. Tom also served as a Trustee on two LMCC committees and would regularly attend all JATC committee meetings. Tom has experience before C.I.R and has successfully negotiated numerous agreements during his tenure. 

Tom lives in Canfield, Ohio with his wife Laura. Together they have 5 children and 3 dogs.
